Bobbi-Jo is the head kickboxing instructor at The Butcher Shop. In 2008 she entered the cage as an amateur MMA fighter, eventually capturing the 155lb amateur championship. In 2014 she turned pro and was quickly signed by the PFL, where she defeated the current Muay Thai world champion at the time in her first fight. In 2019 Bobbi-Jo was ranked in the top three fighters in the world at 155lbs.
